MRS. ELSIE MAY ADAMS 

  Mrs. Elsie May Adams, 2054 Adams ave., died Sunday at 8:40 a.m. at 
her home after a lengthy illness.
  She was born May 20, 1892, at Pittsburgh, the daughter of Amos D. and 
Sarah J. Kyler Harper.  She was married June 2, 1914, at Vail, to Aaron 
W. Adams.  She had been a resident of Tyrone most of her life.
  Surviving are the husband, two daughters, Mrs. Sara Krumrine, State 
College; Mrs. Pauline Wolf, Tyrone; five grandchildren; also a brother 
and a sister, Melvin Harper, Tyrone RD 3, and Mrs. Mary Sigel, Warriors 
Mark.
  She was a member of the Tyrone Church of the Brethren, of the Sunday 
School Class 15 of the church. She was a member of the Auxiliary of the 
Brotherhood of Railroad Trainmen, Lodge 219.
  Funeral service will be held Wednesday at 2 p.m. at the Church of the 
Brethren, in charge of the Rev. Herman Baliles, assisted by the Rev. H. 
Paul Cox, Warriors Mark.  Burial will be in Bald Eagle Cemetery.  
Friends will be received at the Johnson Funeral Home from 7 to 9 p.m. 
today, from 7 to 9 p.m. tomorrow and on Wednesday at the church after 
11 a.m.
