Death of a Member of the Central Pennsylvania Conference.

Rev. P. Robert Campbell, stationed at Woodland, Clearfield county,
died last Wednesday. He took sick some ten days previously with
pneumonia. The weather and climate of this winter no doubt furnished
all the elements required to intensify the attack, the disease
continuing without yielding to any remedial agents until death ensued.
Mr. Campbell was a young man of more than average fitness, and promise
of future success as a minister. Having graduated at both a literary
and theological institution of learning, he started with an investment
of preparation that requires years in others to secure. He joined the
Central Pennsylvania Conference in 1875. Mr. Campbell was aged about
30 years, and has only been married a little over a year, leaving a
wife and child and a large circle of friends to mourn his sudden
demise.
