BROSIUS, Raymond D., 1894-1974

RAYMOND BROSIUS
Raymond D. Brosius, 80, Main street, Falls Creek, died
Wednesday at 6:15 p.m. in Jefferson Manor. He was a retired
barber.
Funeral services were conducted Saturday at 1 p.m. from the
Eldon V. Mohney Funeral Chapel, DuBois, with the Rev. Harry
Anderson officiating. Interment was in the Beechwoods
Cemetery.
Mr. Brosius was born in Brookville March 18, 1894, the son
of Albert and Kate (Edmonds) Brosius. He was married to
Vadd McMaster, who died in 1942.
The deceased was a member of the DuBois V.F.W., Brookville
V.F.W. and American Legion, McDonald Post of Falls Creek.
He was a veteran of World Wars I and II.
Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Richard (Velma) Gulock, Falls
Creek; a son, John A. Brosius, Brandywine, Md.; four grand-
children; two sisters, Mrs. Mabel Miller, Falls Creek; Mrs.
June Reddinger, Punxsutawney; two brothers, Boyd M. Brosius,
Varenton, Va.; and Chester Brosius, Fall River Mills, Calif.
He was preceded in death by a brother.
