Crilla Mae Cooper Adams
Died: Monday, October 20, 2003
Age: 94

Crilla Mae Cooper Adams, 94, of Salyersville, died Monday, Oct. 20, 
at Paul B. Hall Regional Medical Center, Paintsville.

Born Feb. 17, 1909, in Magoffin County, she was a daughter of 
the late Robert Authur and Eliza Jane Cox Cooper. She was a 
homemaker and a member of Salyersville Church of Christ.

She was preceded in death by a son, Edro Adams; a daughter, 
Wilma Lee Adams; and eight brothers, Dewey Cooper, Lester Cooper, 
Homer Cooper, Clay Cooper, Leroy Cooper, Ollie Cooper, 
Edward Cooper and Milford Cooper. 

Survivors include her husband, Deed Adams Sr. of Salyersville; 
two sons, James Adams and Deed Adams Jr., both of Salyersville; 
two daughters, Justine Adams of Salyersville and Emogene Adams 
Whitt of Columbus, Ohio; 11 grandchildren; and 11 
great-grandchildren. 

Funeral services will be 1 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 23, at Magoffin 
County Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Ronald Thacker officiating. 
Burial will be in David M. Cooper Cemetery, Mouth of Buffalo, 
under direction of Magoffin County Funeral Home. 

Visitation will be today, Wednesday, Oct. 22, at Magoffin County 
Funeral Home, Salyersville.
