William Bagley

Died of old age at 1:15 Sunday afternoon at the home of his daughter, Mrs. 
Nicholas Airhart, in Altoona.  Deceased was born in Carroll township, Cambria 
county on April 16, 1822 and had resided in Altoona for the past twenty 
years.  He was a member of St. John's Catholic church and is survived by the 
following children, his wife having preceded him to the grave five years ago.  
Mrs. Charles Miller of Spangler; Mrs. Patrick Dillon of Hastings; Mrs. Thomas 
Peach of Ebensburg; Mrs. Isaac Weakland of Carrolltown and James Bagley 
and Mrs. Nicholas Airhart of Altoona.  He is also survived by forty-one grand 
children and twenty-nine great grandchildren.

Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Peach of this place attended the funeral Wednesday 
morning, interment being made at Hart's Old Sleeping Place near St. 
Benedict, where the remains of the wife of the deceased which had been 
interred at Hastings were also re-interred alongside those of the deceased.
