Death of Curtis O. Askey 

Curtis O. Askey, son of Mr. and Mrs. M. H. Askey of Osceola 
Mills, Clearfield County, died at Connellsville, Pa., 
Friday morning last of uremic poisoning which resulted from 
an attack of typhoid fever.  Mr. Askey, who was 31 years of 
age, was married four years ago to Miss Cecelia Dimond, 
daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. C. A. Dimond of 
Summerhill, this county.

His wife and one daughter, Velmore, survive him. Mr. Askey 
was in the store business at Summerhill for several years 
but has been a resident of Connellsville for the past year. 
Besides his wife and child, he is survived by his parents, 
five brothers and two sisters, as follows:  Fred, Dean, 
Charles, Raymond, Viola and Claire, at home and Howard of 
Ohio.  The remains were laid to rest Monday afternoon at 
Osceola Mills.
