Gettysburg Woman Dies

Mrs. Anna Beuhler, widow of Colonel C. H. Buehler, died Sunday morning, at her apartment in the
Hammond building, Gettysburg, after an extended illness. She was aged 78 years, 9 months and
12 days.

Mrs. Buehler was born in Gettysburg, a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John Fahenstock. She spent her
entire life there, after her marriage to Colonel Buehler, who died in 1896 leaving one son,
Harry, who died eleven years later. Several children died in infancy and her nearest relative
now is a granddaughter living in Somerset, Kentucky. Mrs. Louisa Cox, Mrs. Helen Keith and H.
O. Himes, of Gettysburg, are cousins.
