Engagements Announced

Dr. and Mrs. Joseph Stafford Horsely, of West Point, Ga., announce the 
engagement of their daughter, Sara Janet, to Mr. Amosa Huguley, the marriage to 
take place in April.  Miss Horsley is a social favorite and Mr. Huguley a 
prominent businessman, a member of the Huguley-McCulloch Company.

West Point, Ga., April 9 - (Special) - At 8 o'clock tonight took place the 
marriage at the Methodist church, of Miss Janet Horsley to Mr. Amos Huguley, 
the ceremony being performed by Rev. A. R. Bond.  The decorations were very 
beautiful. and the church was thronged with the many friends of the young 
couple.

Miss Estelle Horsely was maid of honor, and Mr. Mark McCulloch was the best 
man.  The bridesmaids were Misses Tinsley Winston, Mattie Woodyard, Lucile 
Woodyard amd Erin Shealey.  The ushers were Alfred Zachry, Clarence Hudmon and 
George Zachry.

Additional Comments:

Amos is the son of William Henderson Huguley, Sr. & Frances "Fannie" Henrietta 
Sharpe

Sarah is the daughter of Joseph Stafford Horsley, MD & Georgia Higginbotham.
