  ALBANESE
  
  Joseph Thomas Albanese, 81, of Jefferson Twp., died July 30, 2000 at
  Somerset Hospital.  Born Sept. 18, 1918 in Brushton, Pittsburgh, the son of
  Octavius Thomas and Antoinette (Tronzo) Albanese.  Preceded in death by
  parents, and brother Gerald Albanese.  Survived by wife, the former Mary
  Rita Genovese to whom he was married 60 years; children, Mrs. Kenneth
  (Christine) Elder of Florence, Ky.; Mrs. Jeanne M. Caruso of Ruff Creek;
  and Miss Nancy Albanese, wife of Jack Juskowich of Ruff Creek; two
  granddaughters, Deborah Elder, wife of David Fletcher of Cape Co., NC and
  Miss Kathy Elder of Indianapolis, Ind., brothers and sisters, Mrs. Joseph
  (Archangel) Skaro of Monroeville; Mrs. Emanuel Georges of Woodland Hills,
  Calif; and George Albanese of Brea, Calif.  A 1936 graduate of Westinghouse
  High School, World War II veteran of US Army.  Retired from E.L. Weigand
  Company of Pittsburgh with 42 years of service.  Friends will be received
  from 2-4 and 7-9 pm Wednesday at the Hauger-Zeigler Funeral Home.  Services
  will be conducted at 10:30 am Thursday at Mount Zion Lutheran Church,
  Bakersville, with the Rev. Edward W. Ebersole officiating.  Interment
  Bakersville Cemetery.
