  AIRESMAN
  
  Ray Franklin Airesman, 80, Somerset, died May 6, 2001 at his residence.
  Born Feb. 14, 1921 in Somerset, son of Clark Reuben and Ida (Faidley)
  Airesman.  Preceded in death by parents, son John C. Airesman, brother Roy
  Airesman and sister Emma Catherine Gardner.  Survived by his wife, the
  former Nadine Jane Wilt to whom he was married 54 years; children: James M.
  Airesman, married to the former Carol Marshall of Elizabeth, Allen Airesman,
  married to the former Caroline Resetarits of Pittsburgh, Thomas Airesman,
  married to the former Valerie Kelly of Pittsburgh, Eddy Airesman, married
  to the former Patricia Kozyak, Pittsburgh, Timothy Airesman of Somerset,
  and Mrs. Wendy DeRobio of Pittsburgh; 9 grandchildren: Tammy Connolloy, Kim
  Briggs, Hope Maizer, Tony DeRobio, John R., Dawn, Ray, Sean and Kylie
  Airesman; and 5 great-grandchildren.  Brother of Floyd Airesman of Berlin,
  Mrs. Dolores Gnegy of Somerset and Mrs. Shirley Brocht of Rockwood.  Member
  of the St. John's United Methodist Church in Edie.  A 1940 graduate of
  Somerset High School, US Army Air Force veteran of World War II.  Retired in
  1983 from Gulf Oil with 28 years of service.  Owned and operated Airesman
  Orchards for the past 25 years.  Friends received from 7-9 pm Monday and 2-4
  and 7-9 pm Tuesday at the Hauger-Zeigler Funeral Home, Somerset.  Service
  will be conducted at 1 pm Wednesday at St. John's United Methodist Church,
  Somerset, with the Rev. Barry K. Ritenour officiating.  There will be
  viewing at the church from 12 noon until time of service.  Interment, Edie
  Cemetery.  Contributions may be made to St. John's United Methodist Church,
  PO Box 458, Jennerstown, Pa., 15547.
