  Sarah Jane "Janie" Addleman, 76, Shanksville, went home to be with the Lord
  July 6, 2006. Born May 3, 1930, in Shanksville, daughter of John Sr. and Mary
  (Glessner) Fox. Preceded in death by parents; brothers William and J. Samuel;
  sister Judy Kountz and husband Walter; mother and father-in-law Pauline and
  Edwin Christner. Survived by her husband of 52 years M. Bruce; children,
  Douglas, married to the former Dawn Matha, Mill Run; Steven, married to the
  former Karen Thomas, Somerset; Janalee, married to Samuel H. Zimmerman II,
  Friedens; and Ronald, married to the former Becky Wilt, Shanksville. She was
  loved and adored by these grandchildren, Elizabeth Addleman, married to Matthew
  Diesel, Kelly, Caleb, Mark, Andy, Nathan, Bethany, Ashley, Marybeth, and Matthew
  Addleman; Katie, Sammy, Joey, and Jordan Zimmerman. Sister of Caroline, married
  to Ernest Stull; John Fox and wife Linda, all of Shanksville. Also survived by
  sisters-in-law Helen Fox, Somerset; Jean Fox, Stoystown; and Donna, married to
  Len Reighard, Shanksville. 1948 graduate of Shanksville Stonycreek High School,
  and a retired secretary from Shanksville School District Life member of Unity
  United Church of Christ where she formerly served as Sunday School teacher and
  choir member. Member of Somerset O.E.S. Lodge, Somerset Music Club, Fourth
  Society of Farm Women, and Somerset Co. Secretary's Association. She will be
  very sadly missed by all. Family will receive friends from 7 to 9 p.m. Friday,
  2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Saturday at Deaner Funeral Home, Stoystown. Additional
  viewing from 2 p.m. until the time of service at 3 p.m. Sunday at Unity U.C.C.,
  Rev. Jay E. Shaffer officiating. Interment Walker Cemetery, Shanksville.
