  PAUL H ACKERMAN JR
  
  Paul H. Ackerman Jr., 34, of 1104 Clarendon Ave., SW, Canton Ohio, died
  Sept.  19, 1974, in the VA Hospital in Cleveland.  Born in Meyersdale, he was
  a son of Paul and Nellie Ackerman Sr. He spent his early life in Canton,
  attending elementary schools there, and returning to Meyersdale, where he
  graduated from high school in the class of 1959.  While here he was active
  in sports and continued his interest by coaching the Saints Midget Football
  Team and the Perry Northern Light in the baseball league, upon his return to
  Canton.  Illness forced him to retire from the Ecko Products Company in
  November 1973, where he was a die setter.  He was a member of Bethel Temple
  Assemblies of God Church and was a vetern of the Vietnam Crisis, where he
  served in the US Air Force.  Survivors include his parents of Canton; his
  wife, Linda Kay Ackerman; a daughter, Sandra Kay Ackerman and a son, Paul
  Henry Ackerman III, both at home, a sister, Sandra Ackerman, Canton; and
  grandfather, Harry Ackerman, Meyersdale.
