On the 6th inst., at his residence, 3 miles North of Sharpsburg, of typhoid fever,
John C. Middlekauff, (of C.,) aged 57 years and 4 months.
In less than three months, four members of the family have been removed by the hand
of death, first three adult daughters, and now the father. May the Lord comfort the
bereaved family in their sore afflictions.
