Ashland Progress
Funeral services for Mrs. Sarah Alner, 74, were held Wednesday of this week at 
Shiloh-Delta church. Mrs. Alner died Tuesday at her home in Delta. Surviving her 
are one sister and several nieces and nephews. Pallbearers for the funeral were 
R. P. Summerlin, W. E. Summerlin, Eldridge Summerlin, O. K. Collier, Tom Collier 
and Buford Darby. Rev. J. P. Bean and Rev. W. L. Sprayberry officiated. Blair 
Funeral Home directed.
