CRUM, Parker

1904-1965

Parker Cru, 60, of Debord, KY, died Thursday June 3, in a Louisa hospital. 
Funeral services were conducted Sunday at 2 p.m. from the Missionary Baptist 
Church in Inez, KY, with the Rev. Jimmie Grayson officiating. Burial was in 
Saltwell Cemetery near Inez. A farmer, he was born July 16, 1904 in Martin 
County, a son of the late Lonzo and Minnie Ward Crum. Survivors include the 
widow, Mrs. Nannie Daniels Crum; two sons, Jack Rinimer of Richlands, VA and Lon 
Daniel Crum, serving in the Army in Germany; two daughters, Mrs. Wanda Walker of 
Inex and Mrs. Aurelia Howard of Debord; six brothers, James Crum of China, CA, 
Jeptha and Ambrose Crum of Akron, OH Cyrus Crum of Wayne, WV, and Clemon and 
Clayton Crum of Kopperston, WV and four sisters, Mrs. Eunice Goble and Mrs. 
Bertha Mollett of Debord, Mrs. Rosemary Blackburn of Devella and Mrs. Elsie 
Maynard of Inez. The body was taken to the residence Saturday from the Richmond-
Callaham Funeral Home at Inez and to the church an hour before the service. Big
