CASTLE, Alma (Wheeler)

1886-1958

Mrs. Alma Wheeler Castle, 72, of Blaine, KY, died at 10:30 a.m. Friday at her 
home after a long illness. Mrs. Castle was born at Blaine, March 8, 1886, a 
daughter of the late Malchi and Rhoda Ball Wheeler. She was a member of the 
United Baptist Church. Funeral services were conducted Sunday at 10:30 a.m. at 
the Blaine Church of God by the Rev. Jarrett Cordle. Burial was in the family 
cemetery. Survivors include her husband, Lloyd Castle, one daughter, Mrs. 
Ellsworth Austin, route 3, Louisa, one son, James Luther Castle, Blaine; four 
sisters, Mrs. Alice Stambaugh, Prestonsburg, KY, Mrs. Walter Salyer, Gahanna, 
OH, Mrs. Alifair Pigman, route 4, Louisa, and Mrs. Luther Young, Wheelersburg, 
OH; six brothers, Mont Wheeler, of route 1, Louisa, KY, Kay and Tip Wheeler both 
of route 3, Louisa, Tom and Jake Wheeler, of Blaine, Morgan Wheeler of Louisa; 8 
grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren. Funeral arrangements were under the
