BERRY, James

James Berry, 66, died Thursday of last week at his home hear Irad of after an 
illness of 3 years. Funeral was conducted Saturday with Rev. Custer Bishop 
officiating and interment was made in the Berry family cemetery. Mr. Berry was a 
son of the late Mr. and Mrs. William O. Berry and was one of the county's 
respected citizens. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Laura Adams Berry, 3 
daughters, Mrs. John Perkins, Webbville, Mrs. Shelby Blankenship, Louisa, route 
4, Miss Margie Berry, at home, 6 sons, Floyd, Worth, Curt, Custer, and Russell 
all at home and Pvt. Manley J. Berry, Camp VanDorn, Miss; 4 sisters, Mrs. Lee 
Skaggs, route 1, Chesapeake, OH, Mrs. Millard Carter, route 1, Bainbridge, OH, 
Mrs. Ren Berry, route 3, Louisa, and Miss Elizabeth Berry of Irad and 2
