Henry BERNARD died at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Charlotte SOULERET 
of Pittsburgh, Tuesday evening at 10 o'clock. He was 66 years of age and 
was one of McDonald's substantial French citizens, having come from France 
about thirty years ago. His body was brought to McDonald on Wednesday 
afternoon. Funeral arrangements have not yet been made.
 
Mr. BERNARD is survived by one son, Alexander, of Beechview and 
one daughter, Mrs. SOULERET. One grandchild also survives.
 
Henry BERNARD, 66 years old, died at 10 o'clock Tuesday night, 
May 31, 1921, at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Henry SOULERET, in 
Beltzhoover, Pittsburgh. Mr. BERNARD was one of the best known residents of 
McDonald where he had resided the past thirty years. Mrs. BERNARD died in 
McDonald twenty-six years ago. Mr. BERNARD was born in France and on coming 
to the United States located in McDonald. He leaves one son, Leon BERNARD, 
of Beechview and one daughter, Charlotte, in whose home he died. There also 
remains one grandchild, Henrietta SOULERET. The funeral services will be 
held in St. Alphonsus Church McDonald, this (Friday) afternoon at two o'clock. 
Interment will be in Robinson's Run cemetery.
