  Born: March 3, 1905
  Died: April 30, 1970

  MRS. IRENE AMITRONE
  
  Mrs. Irene Amitrone of 448 South Street, Brockway died in the DuBois Hospital, 
  Thursday, April 30. She was the wife of John Amitrone and a lifelong resident 
  of this place.
  
  A requiem mass was held from the St. Tobias Church at 11 a.m. Monday, May 4, 
  with Rev. Francis Zacharewicz officiating. Burial followed in the St. Tobias 
  Cemetery. Friends were greeted at the Carlson Funeral Home.
  
  Mrs. Amitrone, 65, was born March 3, 1905 the daughter of Anthony L. and Maria 
  Vicherri Petruzzi. She was married to John Amitrone who survives. She was a 
  member of the St. Tobias Church.
  
  Besides her husband she is survived by eight children, John, Angelo, James, 
  and Mrs. Lena Cox, all of Brockway; Mrs. Yola Nolan, DuBois; Mrs. Lucille 
  Fisher, and Mrs. Marilyn Torok, both of Erie and Wanda Lankard of 
  Williamsport. She is also survived by three sisters, Margaret Taylor, Niagara 
  Falls; Lena Inzana and Gertrude Delio, both of Brockway; one brother, Joseph 
  Petruzzi of Brockway; and twenty-two grandchildren.
  
  Two brothers and one son preceded her in death.
