Juan Bargus, 81, of Nashville died July 28, 2014, at South Georgia Medical 
Center.
 He was born April 19, 1933, in Elmo, KS to the late Jessie and Marie Ortiz 
Bargus. He was a retired Tech Sgt from the United States Air Force after 20 
years service. He was a member of Nashville Post of the VFW, Adel Post of 
D.A.V., served in Vietnam and was of the Baptist faith. He was preceded in death 
by three brothers, two sisters, two grandchildren.
 He is survived by his wife, Natalie Guthrie Bargus of Nashville; three 
daughters, Angie Watson, Lynn Bargus and Juanalie Bargus of Nashville; four 
sons, Johnny Arms of Warner Robins, Jerome Kilpatrick, Darrel (Paula) Kilpatrick 
of Nashville and James (Sheila) Kilpatrick of Enigma; three sisters, Josephine 
Bargus of Salina, KS, Connie Mascarino of Herington, KS and Dorothy (Gene) 
Hudson of Saline, KS; two brothers, Lupe (Barbara) Bargus of Herington and Frank 
(Jean) Bargus of Wichita, KS; six grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren.
 Funeral services were held July 30 at 11 a.m. in the Chapel of Lovein Funeral 
home with the Revs. Clarence Luke and James Guthrie officiating. 
 Entombment will be held in Guthrie Cemetery at a later date.
 Lovein Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
