                               Mrs. Whiten
 Mrs. Earline Hughes Whiten, 72, of Rt. 2 Thomasville, died Sunday at her home.
 Graveside services will be conducted at 3:30pm Tuesday at Big Creek Cemetery 
by the Rev. William Cain with Kirkland-Croy-Hughes Home for Funerals in charge.
 A native of Colquitt County, Mrs. Whiten was a lifetime resident of 
Thomasville and a member of Fredonia Baptist Church. She married Oliver Frank 
Whiten Feb. 9, 1929 in Lake City, Fla.
 Survivors besides her husband include two brothers, L. H. Hughes, Bainbridge 
and W. H. Hughes, Willachooche; and several nieces and nephews.

Additional Comments:
Earline was born 23 Mar 1902 to John Quincy Hughes and Annie May Calhoun 
Hughes Mathis. Georgia death certificate #029673.
