Died from Headache Dope

Mrs. J.M. McLean, the wife of a prominent citizen of Funston, near Moultrie,
died a few days ago from taking a headache tablet. Mrs. McLean complained of a
severe headache and Mr. McLean gave her a codeine tablet that he had bought for
himself. It is supposed to have affected the heart, as death was produced
almost instantly.

Mrs. McLean was a bride of only two days. She was formerly a Miss Sellars, a
daughter of John Sellars, one of the leading citizens of the county.
