 Ruby Louise Lane, 67, of Moultrie, formerly of Nashville,
 died March 25, 2012, at her residence.
 She was born Nov. 24, 1944, in Berrien County to the late
 Harry and Lillian Tucker Hiers. She was a homemaker and had
 been employed with Green Oaks in Moultrie as a caregiver.
 She was a member of Moultrie Church of God. She was the
 widow of Bennie Austin Lane who died in 1999 and was also
 preceded in death by two sisters, Dorothy Gray and Mildred
 Castleberry.
 She is survived by two daughters, Connie (Mark) Brown of
 Moultrie and Angela (Jeff) Gunn of Valdosta; son, Daniel Lane
 of Moultrie; two sisters, Liz Taylor and Martha Skinner, both of
 Nashville; two brothers, Harvey Hiers and Ronnie Hiers, both
 of Nashville; four grandchildren, Joshua Carroll, Brittney Carroll,
 Courtney (Zachary) Hancock, and Austin Lane, two step-grandchildren,
 Brittany and Clinton Brown; two great-grandchildren,
 Kenedi Carroll and Dalton Scott Hancock.
 Funeral services were held March 28 at 2 p.m. in the Chapel
 of Lovein Funeral Home with the Revs. Johnny Smith and
 John Hancock officiating. The Taylor Family sang "Amazing
 Grace" and "Wind Beneath My Wings". "Go Rest High On That
 Mountain" was played on CD.
 Interment followed in Crossroads Cemetery.
 Pallbearers were Austin Lane, Denim Gray, Randy Kelley,
 Tony Smith, Lloyd Smith, Joshua Hancock, Zachary Hancock,
 Gene Gunn.
 Lovein Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
