Atkinson County Citizen - June 9, 2005
 Miss Rosa Lee "Babe" Corbitt age 74 formerly of Pearson, GA passed away 
Friday, June 3, 2005 at her home in LaGrange, GA.
 A native of Atkinson County, GA, Miss Corbitt was born March 15, 1931, 
daughter of William Riley and Mary Spivey Corbitt. In 1977 Ms. Corbitt made her 
home in LaGrange, GA and was a client of the Crawford Center in LaGrange for 
over 27 years.
 Survivors include brother, Robert Corbitt of Jacksonville, FL; two sisters, 
Jean Perry of Fernindina Beach, FL and Jewell Albright of LaGrange, GA; three 
nieces, Jennifer Johnson, Cindy Omae, and Debra Santiago, and two nephews, 
Arthur Albright and Greg Perry.
 Funeral services for Ms. Corbitt were held at 2 p.m. Sunday, June 5, 2005 at 
Sweetwater United Methodist Church with Rev. Harold Barnes officiating. Special 
memories were given by Lee Johnson. Special musical selections included "I'll 
Fly Away" rendered by the congregation with Jennifer Johnson accompanying at 
the piano. Soft music for the Prelude and Postlude was provided by Jennifer 
Johnston, pianist. The interment followed in Sweetwater Cemetery.
 Serving as active pallbearers were Craig Clark, Greg Perry, Johnny Perry, 
Arthur Albright, Ronnie Hope and Keith Baker.
 Relihan Funeral Home of Pearson, GA was in charge of arrangements.
