Atkinson County Citizen - December 8, 2005
 Mrs. Judy McDonald Coppage, age 61, of Axson passed away on Monday , November 
28, 2005 at home after an extended illness. Mrs. Coppage, a native of Atkinson 
Co., GA was born September 10, 1944, daughter of the late Jeff and Lisa 
Reliford McDonald. She was a homemaker.

 Survivors include her husband, Wayne Coppage of Axson, GA; sons Tony Coppage 
of Axson, Matt Brogdon of Germany, Jesse Brogdon of Tennessee, and Johnny 
Brogdon of Pearson, GA; daughters Rosemary Brogdon of Columbus, GA, Vicky 
Coppage, Cindy Coppage and Kay Coppage of Valdosta, GA; sisters Vada Hersey of 
Douglas, GA and Lucille Jackson of Pearson; son-in-law Dennis Dumas; daughter-
in-laws Regina Brogdon and Brandi Brogdon; and eleven grandchildren.

 Funeral services were held at 8 p.m. on Tuesday, November 29, 2005 in the Sims 
Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Edgar Musgrove and Raymond Coppage officiating. 
Taped selections of "Amazing Grace" and "When They Ring Those Golden Bells" 
were provided.

 Burial will follow at later date.

 Sims Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
