The Atkinson County Citizens - July 26, 2007
 Lucille Boatright, 93, passed away Thursday, July 19, 2007 at Coffee Regional 
Medical Center.
 Mrs. Boatright was born in Berrien County, September 8, 1913 to Walter Jordan 
Adams and Georgia Peters Adams both deceased. She was a homemaker and former 
owner of Boatright Shell Oil Distributorship. Mrs. Lucille was a member of 
First Baptist Church of Willacoochee. She was the widow of Troy Veryl 
Boatright who died in 1965.
 Survivors include: two sons and daughters-in-law; Col. Charles and Carmen 
Boatright of Valdosta, GA and Dr. John and Betty Boatright of Willacoochee, 
GA. Two grandchildren; Robert Boatright of Macon, GA and Etteinne Mitchell of 
Leesburg, VA and one great-grandchild, Morgan Andreiev.
 Funeral services for Mrs. Boatright were held Sunday, July 22, 2007, at 3 
p.m. at First Baptist Church of Willacoochee. Ministers were Rev. Billy 
Huffstuttler and Rev. John McMillan. The church choir provided appropriate 
music.
 Pallbearers included: Edsel Lewis, John Lindsey, Greg Carter, Henry Moore, 
Ben Crum, and John McCrie.
 Interment was in the Willacoochee City Cemetery.
 Lovein Funeral Home was in charge of the arrangements.
