 Caldwell, O. -- Services will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday in Macksburg
 United Methodist Church for Miss Bessis Rothley, 75, of Macksburg, who
 died Sunday in Marietta Memorial Hospital.
    The Rev. Gilbert Stilwagon and the Rev. Lowell Kiger will officiate
 with burial in the Lund Cemetery.
    Miss Rothley was born Oct. 17, 1899, in Jefferson Twp., Noble County,
 a daughter of the late George and Lisa Amanda Kellar Rothley.  She was a
 former employe of the Washington County Public Library, a former
 assistant mail clerk in Macksburg and was a member of the Macksburg United
 Methodist Church where she taught Sunday School for more than 50 years.
    There are no known survivors.
    The body will be taken from the McVay Funeral Home here to the family
 home where friends may call after noon today.
