E.H. ARCHER, now a clerk in the adjutant-general’s office at Columbus, was
reared and educated in Noble County. He read law with Hon. J. M. Dalzell,
was admitted to the bar about 1877, practiced in Caldwell with success
until 1885, when he went to Columbus to assume the duties of his present
position.
