     During a storm last Friday afternoon a few miles east of Stroud,
     lightning struck and killed a seven year old son of Mr. JIM NELSON.
     The family was sitting on the front verandah and the other members
     were shocked by the lightning.
     
     Note: Inscription on tombstone at Mount Pisgah Cemetery-
     
     JAMES HEFLIN, son of J. E. and ARDESA NELSON, October 1, 1909 -
     June 30, 1916 "God took him, and he is now another link in Heaven"
