The LaFayette Sun.October 16, 1901

Death of a Little Child.
Frank Pearson, the little son of Mr. and Mrs. Headley, died last night.
The burial takes place this afternoon at the LaFayette cemetery from the house.
The parents in this dark hour have the sincere sympathy of their many
friends.
The little one was indeed a bright child, and it brought light and love
into the home.

From the October 23, 1901 LaFayette Sun.
Burial of a Little Babe.
The burial of Frank Pearson, the little son of Mr. and Mrs. T. L.
Headley, took place from the home of its parents on last Wednesday afternoon,
the services were conducted by Rev. S. L. Dobbs. A large number of friends
of the family were present to weep with the bereaved and to assist in laying
away the precious form. The little boy was an exceptionally bright child and
during its short stay on earth it had won the love of all who came in contact
with it.
The Sun, but voices the sentiment of all, when it says that the sorrow
in the loss of little Frank is shared by many.
May Heaven smile graciously upon the heart-broken father and mother in
this their first deep suffering.
