     Mrs. ELMIRA HAMNER... died last Sunday night at the residence of
     her son Rev. J. W. HAMNER of Alexander City, at the age of 84
     years. Interment was made at old Mount Pisgah burial ground near
     Stroud...
     
     Mrs. HAMNER was a woman of beautiful Christian character. As a wife
     and mother, as a friend and neighbor, she fulfilled every demand of
     true womanhood...
