Roberta Hurtt, 84 of Parma died Dec. 2 1997 at a Caldwell hospital of Natural 
causes.
Funeral services will be held at 10:30 am Friday Dec. 5, 1997 at Kirkpatrick 
Memorial Presbyterian Church, Parma, with the Rev. David Kegley officiating. 
Burial will follow at Parma Cemetery Services are under the direction of Dakan 
Funeral Chapel Caldwell.
Mrs. Hurtt was born July 21, 1913 in Los Angeles, Calif., the daughter of Allen 
and Olivia Ferguson. She graduated from UCLA in 1935 with a Bachelor of Arts 
degree in Political Science. Roberta married Ross Grove Hurtt June 22, 1935 in 
Beverly Hills, Calif. After living a short period of time in Southern 
California, they moved to Parma and began farming.
Roberta was an active member of PEO Eastern Star Garden Club and Kirkpatrick 
Memorial Presbyterian Church.
Survivors include three sons, John Ross Hurtt (Kay), Dennis Sterry Hurtt (Judy) 
and William Christopher Hurtt (Roberta), seven grandchildren, Michelle Weber 
Craig Hurtt, Steven Hurtt, Kevin Hurtt, Michael Hurtt, Christopher Hurtt, 
Timothy Hurtt, five great grand children, Elisabeth Weber, Alana Weber, Jessica 
Hurtt, Rachel Hurtt, Morgan Hurtt.
The family suggests that memorials be made to Kirkpatrick Memorial Presbyterian 
Church Parma, Idaho
