W.A. CRONK CALLED AWAY
William Addison Cronk, 84, died Monday morning at his home on South Broad 
street after an illness of several months. Deceased was born in Berlin 
township May 29, 1852, a son of the late Mr. and Mrs. W.A. Cronk, and first 
came to Canfield about 1869 when his father as contractor erected the Union 
school building. He long followed the work of teamster. He was a kindly man 
and had many friends. His wife passed away in September, 1922. Surviving are 
six sons, Charles, Jay and Boyd of Canfield; Harry, Kharkov, Russia; Clark, 
Middletown, O., and Vance of Pittsburgh. Funeral services Wednesday afternoon 
held from Williams’ Funeral Home were conducted by Rev. G.A. Gibson, pastor of 
the M.E. Church; burial in the village cemetery.
