Ford Anderson, 56, died last Friday afternoon at the home of his son LeRoy, 
residing southeast of Canfield, cancer being the cause of death.  Deceased was 
born at Laketon Station, Pa., August 27, 1871, consequently was in the 57th 
year of his age.  On April 26, 1890, he was married to Miss Nealy Lynn, who 
survives with a daughter, Mrs. F. L. Ressler, Berlin Center, and a son, LeRoy 
Anderson, Canfield.  The family came to Mahoning county on March, 1906, 
locating at Ellsworth Station, where Mr. Anderson successfully followed 
farming until health failed him.  He was a member of the Berlin Center M. E. 
Church and a man highly regarded by all who knew him.  Funeral services Sunday 
conducted by Rev. Mr. Campbell were held from the Berlin Center M. E. Church 
with burial in the Ellsworth cemetery, rites at the grave being in charge of 
the Klan.
Burial – 27 May 1928 in Section C Row 3 Ellsworth Cemetery, Ellsworth, 
Mahoning Co. OH
