				MILLER
	JAMES (BUS) MILLER, 62, of 200 N. Eleventh St., Greenfield, died at 
10:45 a.m. Jan. 15, 1990 in Grant Hospital, Columbus.  Born Nov. 27, 1927 in 
Highland County, he was the son of JAMES M. MILLER and JESSIE M. (PUMMELL) 
MILLER.
A U.S. Army World War II veteran, Mr. Miller was a member of the United 
Brethern Church and was formerly the Greenfield Cemetery superintendent.  Mr. 
Miller coached Pony and Little League basketball and baseball for 15 years.  He 
was a former member and past president of the Dad's Club, and former 
recreational director of the Greenfield Recreation and Civic Center.  He is 
survived by his wife, HELEN L. (DOWNARD) MILLER, whom he married May 14, 1948;  
two sons, ALLEN L. MILLER of Hillsboro and CHARLES E. MILLER, U.S. Army 
Scheveinfurt Base, Germany; seven grandchildren; two brothers, AUSTIN MILLER of 
Leesburg and ROBERT MILLER of Greenfield;  two sisters, Mrs. LEO (JULIA) SNOW 
of Wilmington and Mrs. EDWARD (BETTY JEAN) GRATE of Reynoldsburg.  He was 
preceded by a brother and four sisters.  Arangements by Murray Funeral Home in 
Greenfield.  Burial in Greenfield Cemetery.
