East Liverpool Crisis  14 Feb 1895  pg 5
George Paisley died at the Soldiers'Home at Dayton Monday.
Deceased was probably agged about 65 years, and had been a resident of 
Salineville for upwards of forty years. He had an honorable record as a 
soldier, having served in Company A, 143d O.V.I., which was commanded by 
Captain W.T. Cope, the present State Treasurer. He had been married twice, hs 
first wife was a Miss Johns and of this union he leaves one son, John, the 
engineer of the "bobby" the local switching engine. His second wife was Mrs. 
Bell, a widow. Of this union three children are left who reside here with their 
mother.
