Merritt B. McKay.  Steubenville Herald (Steubenville, Ohio).  July 13, 1932.  Page 11. 
	Merritt B. McKay, aged 70, a former Steubenville resident, died at the 
home of his son, 206 West Druary lane, East Liverpool, Tuesday afternoon from 
effects of a stroke suffered on July 3, according to word received here today 
by his sister-in-law, Mrs. Flora Dearth, 223 North Third street.
	He was an old employe [sic] of the La Belle mill and worked at the 
Alikanna rolling mills.  He is survived by one sister, Mrs. Lilly Evans of 
California, and seven children, Charles of Pittsburgh, Mrs. Rose Bennett, 
Toledo; Mrs. Harrison Wilson and Mrs. Pansy McNamee, both of Cleveland; 
Lawrence B. McKay, Mrs. Helen Kerr and Miss Diana McKay, all of East 
Liverpool.  His wife preceded him in death by nine years.  Funeral arrangements 
are as yet incomplete.
