Fred T. Wasson of Elyria died in N. Fort Myers, Florida of a sudden illness. 
Mr. Wasson spent his winters in Florida and was preparing to return to Ohio 
when he was stricken.

Mr. Wasson was born March 6, 1910 in Overton (Wayne County), Ohio a son of the 
late John and Florence E. (George) Wasson.  He was married to Mary 
Lucille "Susie" Wasson on September 27, 1941 and she survives him.

He resided in Spencer, Ohio for many years before moving to Elyria and was 
employed at Ridge Tool until his retirement.

Other survivors include his daughters, Mrs Edwin E. (Carolyn) Knipper and Mrs 
Robert L. (Nancy) Provoznik both of Elyria, 4 grandchildren and 5 great-
grandchildren and nieces and nephews.

He was proceeded in death by his sisters Mrs Grace McClaren in 1980 and Miriam 
in 1901; brothers John Albert Wasson in 1924, George B. Wasson in 1979 and 
Joseph A. Wasson in 1995.

Visitation and services were held at Parker and Sons Funeral Home in Spencer, 
Ohio with burial following in the Spencer Cemetery.
