DR. DAVID GARVER DEAD
Prominent Physician of West Salem and Brother of Messrs. Garver of this City
   Dr. David W. Garver, brother of Messrs. John, Samuel, and Birt S. Garver, of this
city, died Saturday 
night at his late residence in West Salem after an extended illness due to liver
trouble and other 
complications.
   Dr. Garver was 60 years of age and a lifelong resident of West Salem, where he
was a prominent 
citizen and successful physician with a large practice. He had been in ill health
for the past year or 
more.  He was the oldest member of the Garver family and is survived by six brothers
and two sisters.  
Messrs. John, Sam, and Birt Garver were at their brother's bedside when he passed
away and their 
families will attend the funeral to be held at West Salem Tuesday morning at 10
o'clock.
   Dr.Garver had frequently visited in Fremont and had a number of friends here. 
For many years he was 
an active member of the Masonic fraternity.
   The Sandusky County Bar association will send a magnificent floral offering of
roses to grace the 
casket containing the remains of the brother of the local attorneys and members of
the Bar association.
