 Randall “Big R” Lefaite Barnes, 49, of Enigma died October 29, 2013, at his 
residence.
 He was born January 22, 1964, in Irwin Co., and was the son of Earl “Earky” 
Lefaite Barnes and Mary Virginia “Tweety” Lupo Barnes, both of Enigma. He was a 
heavy equipment operator and of the Church of God faith. He was preceded in 
death by one brother, Roy Wayne Barnes.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by four brothers, Raymond Earl 
Barnes, Ricky Lamar Barnes and Rayford Lang Barnes, all of Enigma, and Matthew 
Lefaite Barnes of Brookfield.
 Funeral services were held November 1 at 2 p.m. in the Chapel of Bowen-
Donaldson Home for Funerals. Rev. Clayton Dowd and Rev. Dana Swain officiated 
with burial in Turner Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery.
 Active pallbearers were Chief Buddy Dowdy, Robert Wheeler, Tommy Sellars, 
Keith Gibbs, Hal McMillan, Jamie Davis, Don Bruner.
 Honorary pallbearers were Wallace Hughes, Mike Barnes, Wayne Aultman, Jason 
Griffin, Knocker Gibbs, Wayne Barnes.
 Bowen-Donaldson Home for Funerals was in charge of arrangements.
