 The Berrien Press -- Dorothy Ayran, 54, of Charleston, SC died April 17, 2007 
at her residence.
 Born May 13, 1952 in Coffee County to the late Woodroe and Mirel McDaniel 
Kirkland, she was a homemaker and bowler, enjoyed home interior crafts, and 
was a wonderful mother and grandmother.
 Survivors include her husband, Edguardo M. Mangubat of Charleston; two 
daughters, Malissa (Chuck) Bolton of Moncks Corner, SC and Antonina (Jason) 
Lee of Charleston; six sisters, June Owens of Baltimore, MD, Helen Teter of 
Jacksonville, FL, Patricia Gurr of Lilburn, Deborah Rabara and Brenda Gehres, 
both of San Diego, CA, Bonnie Simmons of Nashville; two brothers, Jim Kirkland 
of Olalla, WA and Warren Kirkland of Pensacola, FL; four grandchildren, 
Stefanie Lee, Anthony Lee, Chaz Bolton, Jana Bolton; two great-grandchildren, 
Ava Carter and Michael Carter.
 Funeral services were held April 22 at 2 p.m. in the chapel of Lovein Funeral 
Home. Several family members delivered eulogies and appropriate music was 
provided.
 Interment was in Westview Cemetery.
 Lovein Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
