Born September 30, 1905 in Berrien County to the late James Hardy and Georgia Virginia Whitfield Anderson, he was a retired assistant postmaster and the oldest member of Nashville United Methodist Church. He was married to the late Mearl Futch Anderson. Survivors include one daughter, Judy Dasher of Nashville; two grandchildren, three great-grandchildren. A graveside service was held November 3 at 11 a.m. at Westview Cemetery with Rev. Dwight Bishop officiating. Lovein Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
