J. Dudley at the home in Shiloh Community, Madison County, on Sunday, May 27 of heart trouble. She had been ill about 2 years. Funeral services were held from Shiloh Baptist Church, Tuesday, with Rev. Sampson Hart officiating. Interment was in the churchyard. Mrs. Dudley was a member of Shiloh Baptist Church and lived a true Christian life. She was devoted to her family and friends and all those who came in contact with her held her in high esteem. She is survived by 5 children: Mrs. R. K. Beatenbo, Danielsville; Mrs. E. J. Hughes, Arnoldsville; Mrs. D. N. Gunin, Athens; Goss and Boyd Dudley, Danielsville. Sister: Mrs. Mary Moon, Kannapolis, NC; brothers: James Seymour, Comer; and Charles Seymour, Waycross. Brock & Nelms Funeral Home, Royston.
