Franklin County Citizen January 6, 1977
Little Miss April Renee Couch of Hartwell was the first baby born at Cobb Memorial 
Hospital in 1977.  April is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Edward Couch; and she has 
one sister, Christy, age 16 months. She was born on January 2 at 4:00 a.m. and 
weighed 8 pounds and 10 1/2 ounces at birth.  April is pictured with her mother, 
Pat. Dr. W.W. Harris delivered the New Year Baby
