Change in Trains.

By an agreement with the Union Pacific and other trans-continental lines, a
change in the running time of passenger trains on the Oregon Short Line will be
made on November 15. The Pony Express, which runs from Boise to Weiser and
return, will be taken off and No. 5, the westbound train, which is now
scheduled to arrive at Payette at 5:53 p.m., will be due something over an hour
earlier or about 4:30 p.m. It us understood that the other trains will arrive
about the same time as before. No. 1, may be a few minutes earlier.
Railway officials announce that by the new arrangement the time of the runs of
trains has been extended so that they can be kept on their schedules unless
something unusual occurs.
