A DOUBLE WEDDING

It was a pretty wedding which occurred at Mr. J. H. Carpenter's home, east of
town, Monday noon when Alfred and Winnifred Carpenter were wedded to Mary Keel
and Lovie Low, of Willow Creek.

At high noon the wedding party took their position beneath a dainty arch of
foliage, where Rev. Clyde W. Greenlee of the Congregational church pronounced
the simple marriage vows prescribed by the church. Relatives and a few
neighbors then accompanied the bridal party to the dining room, where a
splendid dinner was served.

The young people will live on Willow Creek, where the young men have already
prepared homes for their brides. The best wishes of their friends accompany
them.

Note: According to the Western States Marriage Index, Alfred W. Carpenter
married Mary A. Keel on 6-12-1905, New Plymouth. ch
