Sacred to the Memory of T. J. Davidson 
Born in Maury Co. Tenn. July 16, 1824 
Died in Water Valley Miss. April 14, 1874 
Aged 49 Yrs. 8 Mos. 28 Days

Additional Comments:
This stone has a CSA marker in front of it.   It is behind the graves of 
William Overton Carr and his wife Mary L. Davidson.  On the other side of the 
obelisk with his brother, Albert Blount Davidson, both sons of Ruth Ragsdale 
and John Osimus Davidson and grandsons of Ruth Clements and John Davidson, a 
revolutionary war ancestor buried in Tennessee.  Thomas Jefferson Davidson's 
parents are buried in College Hill Cemetery in Oxford, Mississippi. 

T. J. Davidson was married to Jeffersonia Elizabeth (Lawshe) Davidson who is 
buried in Concordia Cemetery, Bolivar County, Mississippi
