SUSANNA VONBANK KOETZ

A SAD DEATH

The community was shocked, Saturday, to hear of the death of Mrs. Math. 
Koetz, of Minneapolis, who died of diphtheria after being ill only a few 
days. Deceased was nee Miss Susanna VonBank, formerly of this vicinity. 
She leaves to mourn her departure her husband and five young children, 
three sisters and two brothers. To the a full mead of sympathy is offered 
in their time of sorrow.

Mrs. Koetz was born in this vicinity, May 14, 1875, her marriage to Math.
Koetz taking place on May 1, 1902. Since their marriage the couple have 
lived in Minneapolis and life for them seemed ideally happy until the hand 
of death snatched from the home the gentle wife and loving mother.

Mrs. Koetz's remains were brought here, Tuesday forenoon, via the M. 
St. L. railway and interred in St. John's Catholic cemetery, Rev Henry 
Kuesterofficiating at the obsequies.
