BOLICK, CLINTON was born in Iowa, and had a thorough technical training in agriculture in
the best schools of that state and also through practical experience. His chief interest
in Florida has been on the side of agriculture, as manager of a citrus grove, and at the
same time he has taken a prominent part in the life of his home town of Fort Myers.

Mr. BOLICK was born at Danville, Iowa, July 29, 1888, a son of JOSEPH and PHOEBE (KELLEY)
BOLICK. His parents were born at Burlington, Iowa, and his father was a prosperous farmer
at Danville. CLINTON BOLICK was educated in the grammar and high schools of his home town,
spent two years in the commercial department of Iowa Wesleyan University and was also a
student in the extension department of the Iowa State College of Agriculture at Ames. In
the meantime, beginning in 1908, he engaged in farming and stock raising at Danville, and
is still a member of Bolick Brothers, his partner being his brother Lee, owning and operating
one of the up-to-date farms of Iowa.

Mr. BOLICK has been a resident of Fort Myers since 1918, and since that date has been manager
of the Fort Myers Grove Company. He is also a director in the Lee County Title & Trust
Company, and is a partner in the real estate and investment firm of Dunham, Bolick & Williams.

On December 3, 1908, Mr. BOLICK married Miss FLOSSIE WILLIAMS, a native of Danville, Iowa.
Her parents, GEORGE W. and ELIZA (HOWE) WILLIAMS, were born in Henry County, Iowa. Mr. And
Mrs. BOLICK have one son, DON DUWARD born April 17, 1910. Mr. BOLICK is a Methodist and a
democrat, is affiliated with Fort Myers Lodge No. 1288, Benevolent and Protective Order of
Elks, the Rotary Club, and is on the Board of Governors of the Chamber of Commerce.
