 Francis Herbert Flint of Cape Coral, FL formerly of Fond Du Lac, WI and Idaho 
Falls, ID went home to the Lord on May 30, 2012. He was born march 24, 1924 in 
Idaho Falls, ID, a son of Frederick and Emma Ellen Flint. He married the love 
of his life , his wife on September 12, 1953. Fran was a veteran of W.W. II, 
serving as combat medic in HQ Trp, 93rd Cavalry, 13th Armored Division of the 
3rd Army Europe. He graduated with an undergraduate degree from Redlands 
university and a graduate degree of psychology from George Williams College. 
Fran started his caeer as a YMVA director in Toledo, OH and then in Big 
Springs, TX.He and his wife moved to Eden, WI in 1963 where he worked as a 
social worker for the State of Wisconsin.Fran was instrumental in developing 
the Vocational Assessment Center in Fond du Lac, WI.Fran and his wife spent 
the last two years of his life in Cape Coral, Fl so they could be close to 
their family.
 Survivors incluse his wife, three children and their families, two 
grandchildren, two great-grandchildren and three brothers. Fran was preceded 
in death by his parents, an infant daughter, Ann Marie and four brothers and 
two sisters.
 There will be a memorial service held at Gulf Coast Village, Cape Coral on 
June 9, 2012 at 10:30 a.m .
